What you do
- Answer tickets in the dashboard: server won't start, plugin missing, billing question
- Help in the support channel on Discord
- Collect recurring questions so we can improve the docs
- Hand over problems you can't solve yourself to the team, clearly described
What you bring
- You know your way around Minecraft servers or Discord bots and have run some yourself
- You explain things patiently and kindly, even the third time
- You write clear German; English is a plus
- You are at least 16 years old
What you get
- A place on the team and a look at how a hosting provider works from the inside
- Access to the support tools in the admin area
- A role on our Discord
